If you're a customer and would like access to our "Customer Only" forums, please contact us via social [AT] richweb [DOT] com via the email address we have on file for you. You need to make sure you're registered on the forums and have activated your account. When you contact us, please also include your forum username so that we can make sure we're associating the correct account on here with access to our client area.

For the Customer Only forums, only the authorized people, as per our customer database, will be granted access. This includes Account owners/Admins, Billing and or Technical Admins/assistants. Please note that our forums should not be used to extend or replace your current account support methods, as this forum may not always be staffed by your direct contact.

If you are here as a result of a Client's request and want access to the general areas that are not accessible to the public, please make sure you register for an account, activate it and then request access to the "RW Social Group" via the Group Membership under your Profile page. Make sure you have your profile filled in with something that will easily let our client properly identify who you are so they can approve your request. Please note: Unless you are listed as an authorized contact within the Client database, you will not receive access to the "Customer Only" forums..

If you have any questions, please feel free to start a thread in either the Pre-Sales or "General Discussion" forum. We're here to help out any way we can.
